What will you be doing in this role?
Direct responsibility for the management and supervision of financial and operational services of offsite properties. Ultimately accountable for the overall organization of work, supervision of employees, staff development, expense control, process improvements and problem solving in the delivery of services. Will take an active role in the planning and development of strategic goals and objectives, review of quality monitors and the financial performance of the department.
Manage annual lease expenditure and operating expenses of owned properties.
Develop and manage contract and control policies according to existing standards.
Manage and maintain existing and new own properties as well as leased buildings per CSMC agreement with the landlord.
Coordinate and participate in all construction activities at all offsite properties.
Develop and manage financial reports and special projects as assigned by the Executive Director.
Act as customer service liaison between Landlords and tenants for all offsite properties.
Safety Management, CS Leadership, construction and operation meetings, departmental meetings.
Process all lease payments to Landlords and all rent invoices to tenants and deposit payments.
Review and process all work orders and assign appropriate vendor/staff
Respond to tenant issues (i.e. elevator or HVAC).
Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenses.
Prepare rent budgets for all offsite department including estimated operational expenses.
