Prepares and distributes weekly College of Nursing (CON) Friday Newsletter.
Maintains Monthly Meeting Schedule for CON.
Prepares and distributes CON Dean's list certificates.
Serves as the primary timekeeper for the CON.
Reviews proper time recording procedures with timekeepers.
Receives completed semi-monthly and monthly timesheets, and performs data entry into University's time reporting system for all faculty and staff of the CON.
Reports any changes, reported and/or identified, to the data entry of information entered into the time reporting system to the University's payroll department.
Committee staff support duties include:
CON Bylaws Committee (includes maintaining Bylaws)
CON Standing Rules Committee (includes maintaining Standing Rules)
CON of Nursing Budget Advisory Committee
CON Staff Meeting (when the meeting rotates to the Dean's Office)
CON Staff Award Committee (notify committee that it is time to meet and fill committee vacancies, order awards, and prepare certificates, and check requests).
Coordinates and schedule meetings, assists in the preparation and distribution of the agenda, minutes, and related documents.
Maintain membership lists for CON Council Standing Committees
Maintain membership lists for Academic Council Standing Committees
Assists the CON Fiscal Affairs with:
Scheduling of appointments
Collection and review of CON procard statements
Accurate billing of telephone charges
Routing of contracts
Assist CON IT with eBucs orders, reimbursements, and travel claims.
Keeps accurate record of Dean's Office expenses including, but not limited, to office supplies, dues and memberships, conference registration, copier, telephone, shredding, and postage.
Assigns keys and CBorde access to CON building occupants.
Maintains Nicks Hall map of CON offices, conference rooms, classrooms, labs, panic buttons, and AEDs at Nicks Hall.
Maintains CON directory of faculty and staff.
Assists at all CON events sponsored by the Dean's Office.
Maintains Dean's Office bulletin boards.
Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates student workers employed in the Dean's Office.
Supports Sigma Theta Tau International Epsilon Sigma Chapter-at-large during Induction Ceremony.
Acts as secondary room reservationists.
Serves as Building Coordinator (this is a University function).
Coordinates receiving and distributing packages.
Controls Dean's Office inventory such as conference phone, tent, tables, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
