The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:
Receiving and greeting visitors and staff for admissions.
Collecting, verifying, and recording required information.
Entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems in a timely manner.
Answering, screening and routing telephone calls.
Performing unit support tasks such maintaining logs & records, updating bedside information and opening/sorting mail.
Assisting nursing with administrative tasks.
To qualify, you must have:
High school level education.
1 - 2 years of previous work experience.
The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
