Natalie Daniels, MD is looking for a motivated physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join her team at Bella Pelle Dermatology, a VitalSkin affiliate, in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate is a professional, dependable, adaptable and humble team player who is eager to learn under direct physician supervision.
You’ll partner with Dr. Daniels, a board-certified dermatologist and the only cosmetic dermatologist in the area who has completed an extra year of specialized training in non-invasive cosmetic surgery. Alongside Dr. Daniels and her highly-trained team, you’ll assist with providing general dermatology services for a growing patient base. You’ll join a state-of-the-art practice with cutting-edge technology, including Modernizing Medicine – a top ranked, specialty-specific EHR and engagement tool. This is a full-time position that complements the schedule of the overseeing provider. The scope of practice for this position includes only general dermatology.

Specific Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general dermatology procedures under physician supervision.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to physician.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, families and other healthcare personnel, while assuring confidentiality of patient information.
- Demonstrate proficiency and graduated autonomy within scope of general dermatology practice over the course of several months.
- Record patient’s health history in electronic medical record system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree from accredited PA or NP program.
- Minimum two years of experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in Dermatology.
- Certification from Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE).
- PA or NP licensure in the state where employed.
- Must have prescriptive authorization.
- Must be proficient with medical instruments and equipment required by the work.
- Communicate effectively, in verbal and written form, with medical partners at various levels, patients, family members, physicians and representatives of the community.
- Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Be positive, open and flexible to learning new skills for various procedures.
- Maintain license through ongoing continuing medical education credits as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working and providing care in a dermatology clinic.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and working at a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times.
